Terms for using FishPilot AI forecasts, recommendations, accounts, and subscriptions.

Informational service
FishPilot provides informational fishing forecasts and recommendations. Conditions change, data may be incomplete, and no recommendation guarantees a catch or safe access. Always check current weather, official regulations, licenses, property boundaries, closures, and on-site conditions.
Accounts and acceptable use
You are responsible for your account and for lawful use of the service. Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, upload unlawful content, or interfere with other users or infrastructure.
Subscriptions
Optional FishPilot Premium subscriptions are sold through Apple App Store or Google Play. The store shows the current price and billing period before purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled through the applicable store. Deleting a FishPilot account does not cancel a store subscription. Restore purchases and manage subscriptions through the store account used for purchase. Refunds are handled under the store’s rules.
Your content
You keep ownership of catch photos, notes, and other content you submit. You grant FishPilot permission to store and process that content only as needed to operate, secure, and improve the service. You must have the right to upload the content.
Availability and changes
Features, data sources, and service availability may change. We may update these terms and will publish the effective date here. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated terms where permitted by law.
